I'm not sure of when exactly is the Christmas break for you guys, but the End of Season Tournament will be disputed between December 8th and December 20th.

 

Why do you have the old style of forums? And how?

 

They removed the option after February?

 

I find that hard to believe. But I wrote a quick script that changes the colours to the original.. aside from text. Very simple script.

That actually happened, though. I was testing some admin features and I discovered that I could change the theme in some cases. Like, for me, I can change the theme at any time, including changing it to some unrealeased old themes, that seemed to be for testing purposes. One of the options is the Old FRHD theme, so I tried to find if there was a way to change it for everyone, at least as an option. It turns out that I can't change it for everyone on the whole site, but I discovered an option where I could override the forums theme for a sub-forums, with one of the options that appear for me. I tested it on the ORG sub-forums that we had just created, and it worked with the old theme. It was cool, but I brought back the current theme eventually. The old theme doesn't seem to support some of the new badges for roles, the medals doesn't show there, and there were a few other small problems as well, so it ended up being kinda weird sometimes. People liked the old theme, but I thought that was better to keep things as they are. But yeah, we have that option to change it.

Could you change the theme for users individually if you wanted to?
Seems a little selfish of Char to only allow admins to have the old theme

I don't think I can change it for users individually. I think I can only change it for myself or for a specific forum/sub-forum. I can change a lot of stuff, but there's a few things that I can't change, so I would never be able to do this for the whole forums. So I kinda think that having it like half changed would be kinda lame. So that's why I aimed to use this for something I was hosting, but there were those problems I mentioned.

 

Surely there's a way. I don't think it was Char who removed the option to switch between them initially.
