i may be a bit late, but i'd just like to point out that Handful_Of_Ants' ghost on Crumble has 2,157 duplicate inputs. duplicated inputs only happen by way of tasing, meaning this ghost is tas.

it's more than fair. they're an avid tas abuser on their main account.

 

I dont really follow in game...(what would you call it...politics ...?) so I wouldn't know. Im not even sure what TAS fully is (much less how someone does it) but it seems like quite a lot of hassle just for ORG.

 

'tas' is tool assisted speedrunning, which uses code and scripts that are external to the game in order to modify it. in this case, tas modifies the game to make ghosting frame-by-frame, and allows you to in theory create a "perfect" ghost, as you can rewind frame-by-frame through tasing and create very precise and humanly-impossible runs.
no matter how good or bad tasing or any other external script is used, it still counts as cheating. When tas is used, the time is usually elongated so that it is fair on everyone else's non-tas runs.
but what Handful_Of_Ants has done here is not elongate the time (which is called "tas abuse") and has used tas in a contest, which should and will lead to a permanent ban in participation. frankly, even if the time was elongated, it's obviously still cheating.
long story short, h_f_o_a used an external frame-by-frame cheat, which is not allowed in any circumstance of this contest.
