Contest ORG Season 1 - Contest Over - All The Prizes Out Now!

QUICK UPDATE:

We have decided to expand the amount of times that someone can be challenged. Honestly, challenges are one of the additions we made to add a fun and interesting aspect to the contest, so we don't want to limit the amount of times someone can be challenged to just 5 times for each player, since this limit can be reached very easily. We also don't want to expand it too much in order to not make some clear targets in the contest, so we are making some kinda small changes. Instead of 5 times for the whole contest now you can be challenged 5 times for each 20 rounds passed on ORG, no matter if you joined later or not. So, after week 20, not only the challenge requests will be reseted again, but the amount of times someone was challenged will be reseted to zero as well. We want to keep the fun going, so we don't think we can do that limiting the challenges that much.

We can't really make exceptions. If you ghost, you will have a score that matches your result (win, draw, loss). If you don't, you'll have a loss counted for you and the 30 extra points deducted for not completing the track. I'm sorry for your busy weekend, I know how it is, but we are giving free breaks until September, man. If you don't think you can ghost, please use one, it won't be a problem for you. But since you signed up for the round and didn't announce a break until 24 hours before the round started, you'll still be counted as a participant of this round.

 

disagree here. this is the thread to talk about how you did with the track. if you think comments on that belong in a different thread i guess we could create a subforum within racing for there to be more than one thread and keep specific threads from being clogged up

full disclosure im the one picking the tracks, will keep this in mind. going to disagree w you on this one though, since ive spent hours ghosting this track over the years, and im confident that its v little luck—i wouldnt have put all that time into it to get the top ghost if it was luck lol. so would appreciate what specifically it is about this track you take issue w, since i cant see it. not chastising you or anything either, im probably just clouded by the amount of time ive put into the track and cant appreciate the difficulty it has on someone's first run through. a lot of these older tracks ive been picking feel similar to me in that you have to take a few practice runs before getting a full good ghost in, unlike ghosting tracks made more recently that all lend themselves to the same sort of ride and therefore play style.
