agreed, but its absolutely infuriating how many times we've said it and how many times nobody changes their behavior. also, i see no actually forum mods trying to deal with the issue, so we feel that it is within our best interests for the sake of our sanity to tell them ourselves.

Although this is kinda true, since many people are doing that back seating thing, we didn't exactly announce it, but we did ask for some help from players that seemed to be eager to help, like MadMaxx21 and Cork. They are not replacing us in any aspect, but they are helping us keep track with things, sometimes responding people and stuff like this. Usually, I would prefer that people usually let things to be handled only by the ORG team, but this contest is getting kinda big and it's a very long one, so we might need all the help we can get. I have something coming up that will take some time each week from me, so yeah, sometimes we'll need some people to say the obvious things apparently, since a lot of people are not reading the first post properly.

But yeah, guys, from now on, if it's something basic and clear that you know the answer for, you guys can respond if you want. If it's something that only the team can handle, let us handle it. We'll continue from time to time to say to people to read the first post, but I don't think we should be pointing out and complaining about other players everytime, since then we'll be all clogging the thread. If people start spamming this thread too much, I'll prevent the people spamming from posting in the thread.

Contest is going well, but it's something challenging to host and to keep track with things, since the members of the team do have many other things to do, both in the forums and in real life, so let's try to keep it going in the best way possible. If we can avoid future useless posts, that would be nice. If not, you guys can let the team handle it.

yep, it's a year-long season. if all goes well, another season will be held, and so on. it's a very long-term commitment.

- You can challenge a player for a match (if he didn't took a break that week) to try to win more points than usual. But if you lose, you are going to lose more points than usual as well. The standard score for this will be gaining/losing extra points than what it was supposed to be. +10 or -10 points for challenges between people from the same rank or 1 rank apart. For 2 ranks apart we have +15/-15, for 3 ranks apart +20/-20, for 4 ranks apart it's +25/-25, for 5 ranks apart it's +30/-30 and for 6 ranks apart it's +40/-40 extra points. Right now, you can use up to 2 challenges for every 10 weeks and you can only challenge people from the same rank or ranks above you. Each player can be challenged 5 times per season and you have to announce your challenge at least one day before the beginning of a match. The player challenged is forced to accept the challenge.

PS: You don't HAVE TO use the challenges, it's totally optional.

Totoca12, why does it say I’m in a challenge. I know rocknroll challenged me, but he has a higher score. Or is it just based off of rank now?

you can challenge anyone in a rank higher than you but no one in a rank lower than you. challenges are also valid if the challenger has more points than the challenged but both players are in the same rank.

Yeah I am very guilty of clogging up the thread but I have been liking stuff instead of replying with a few words. And also ok got it.

cause i didnt challenge anyone but i loose against someone i didnt challenge or may of challenged me but didnt accept is it because im unranked or what because i keep losing when i didnt get challenged and didnt accept
if that is the cause i wont be ghosting on my main anymore for week 12 and 13 as for rn

No you probably got randomly matched with someone. if you got challenged then your match would be the person.
Also flouride you aren't going to lose to EVERYONE. For everyone there is always going to be someone worse at ghosting than you. I have beaten and lost to many people over this whole ghosting contest. Also spacebarring seems to help.
