Honestly it must be terrible being a liberal as a heterosexual white male. Having to spend your whole existence apologizing.

I agree the number of mail-ins will inevidably make counting take longer, but please source your claim on USPS (I know of many accusations, but never heard of this one). Trump wants to win just as much as democrats what him to lose. It makes no strategic sense to delay ballots. Remember he is also against late mail-in ballots too.

Everybody who wrote on that thread tried to convince him that it wasn't worth it. Glad we were able to convince him (or at least give him hopeful, positive messages to read).

Can't wait to watch the election tomorrow, I like how both sides are adamant that their candidate is going to win. I'm pretty confident of the win for someone (but I'll keep my mouth shut until tomorrow, for my own reasons).

In other news, I'm also pretty excited about the election tomorrow. I'm indifferent about who wins, though.

Well I have friends rooting for Biden and showing me stuff and saying Biden is going to win and then on this thread pssst and I'm pretty sure pinn and RubeGoldberger think so. Some other people I know are also convinced Trump will win. Everyone I know who is rooting for Biden thinks he will win, same goes for the trump supporters I know. May not be the same for you.

 

Let's be honest, in what election has either side not thought they would win? Typically people vote with the intent on their side winning. On that note, can't wait for another 4 years of greatness

 

I am pretty sure, but not 100%. The way I see it, Trump was the wild card of 2016 and no one knew what to really expect. Yet he won. Now he has done quite a lot, so my reasoning is that his 2016 voters aren't going anywhere and he most likely (basing this on the polls) has gathered new voters. (some Trump voters still might have left because he didn't do what they expected he would do) Also, Biden has so little support relatively speaking.

But there is still some doubt because of the insane amount of hate towards him. People are making it a point to vote against Trump instead of for Biden (same end result I know, but different motivation). I'm not sure if that would effect voter turnout enough to sway the results. Also the idea that the future of the country is doomed if Trump is re-elected. Fearmongering basically. That definitely can increase voter turnout.

Basically I am sure Trump will win, but there are plenty of factors that keep me from being 100% sure. In my opinion, Hillary was a low bar for Trump to reach in 2016 and now the same is true for 2020. It's really not about beating the opposing candidate lol.

Improved our economy, jobs, tax rates, also saved us from crippling policies created by former administrations. A good way to reference what he's done well is by noting what he has kept America from. Under his administration, we've avoided socialism, maintained job security, kept from being china's *****, and held strong borders protecting us from illegal immigrants who can take our jobs, incite violent crimes, and damage our economy
