Featured Tracks - new feature discussion

    So the thread idea may work best for new tracks moving forward but the best method at first may be to get a group of players to decide amongst themselves and present a list to Charlie and myself.

    Who should be / wants to be in this group?

    Holy crap thank you, typing tracks in the other thread would have been a mess to start with lol.

    Anyway, who should be in the group? Probably Max, Maple, Eli, and Wheelie. I think the easiest way to do it would be to just have a "feature track" button for the people in the group. It would get done a lot faster. Max was able to feature tracks on CR so he should be first pick.

    Me and Eli feature tracks on Black Hat Rider, and we work pretty good (no complaints or anything). And we were Track Moderators on FR2.me (not saying FR2.me is a huge site or anything, but we've had experience for the past 3-4 years)

    So, in my opinion, I would say Elibloodthirst because of experience and is really active, Max007x because he was a VIP on CR (which gave him the ability to feature tracks, is experienced), and myself (been doing it for 3 years and I am unbiased so I wont feature a track just because I like it or any other reason, on BHR I make sure Eli can agree and the track is actually worthy of featuring)

    Yeah me and wheelie have been a team for about 3-4 years now we really have experience about it and we discuss everything before featuring. Max I know would be amazing, him having experience too back on cr from 2010 I know he knows his stuff. Fourth guy, I could easily agree on maple, he again from what I know is a pleasure to discuss with he seems to know his stuff. Cata obviously knows but idk about communication with him, his activity is very on and off though

    Thanks guys, I'm sure up for it !

    I could work with eli and wheelie being feature-masters. They've been playing this game for a long time and know when a track is real quality and when it's not. Also Eli seems to love the really detailed tracks a lot and wheelie also likes the fun rides a lot, so that would be a good mix. I think Maple would be great for the quality of the tracks he makes, and because he knows what he's doing, so he can judge detail really nicely. He seems nice as well. If you need more people I think Pssst would be a nice option.

    Well most the people I named have years of experience and know of all the great tracks, so that's why I named them, they know what they're talking about. I'm not saying that you can't be a feature-master, these guys are just my personal top picks

    Nobody knows. I'd personal prefer to just feature tracks that were made for FRHD. Maybe the 10 greatest tracks from previous games as well? Eric ?

    I like the sound of that. I wouldn't pick the greatest tracks, but I could sure find great tracks on FRHD.

    Personally I am just going to take tracks as it comes, everything deserves to have limelight on it, just needs to be agreed and justified with reason IMO.

    I have little to no respect to someone who suggests them self, besides Alex cuz he made me laugh

    E; Like I said before only significant old tracks should be featured and there should be reason other than "this has great detail", etc.

    The only thing I have against wheelie and eli is that they haven't featured wrath yet, so much better then half the featured tracks on bhr... like what the heck is wrong with you lol.

    The contest, I would of featured it in about 0.1 of a second. Lol. Don't you worry young joel I will be featuring it in good time.
