List of things I'm not dealing with

Yes you may know me, previously known as THE PENGUINs on CR and as my current title elsewhere.
1. I have a lot of tracks that I can upload but these stupid point restrictions keep getting in the way. What the hell.
2. I couldn't even post a 1m track. That's lightwork. CR, TM, even fr2.me for god sakes was capable of handling that size of a track.
3. I still hate this place for ruining CR
4. All the key shortcuts are changed for editing, makes it impossible. Q=lines W=scenery lines A= brush lines S=scenery brush R=camera. That's the way it should be.
5. Why do all these tracks in these campaigns suck? They are just crappy smooth tracks.
6. Whatever happened to sections like CR had, with recognition for big contributors, most favorited, etc. And Featured tracks, having seen anything like that yet.
7. But honestly bring back featured tracks, sifting through all these trash tracks isn't fun, and by looking at your members you guys obviously have good tracks in here somewhere.
8. I really don't need this pop-up telling me how to play each time I crash, if I knew enough to get me to crash, I know how to play the game.
9. stop opening new tabs. I'm on this site for 5 minutes and I already have like 8 tabs open from me swtiching between forums and tracks.
10. Why aren't there any pros? People need role models to help guide there tracks and show you what is globally considered good.
11. why is there no shortcut to the brush tool, that's the one we (I do anyway) use the most

1. Ask Eric for official author status, this makes track uploads free.
2. Yeah I think the admins have to do that for you.
4. They're supposed to be working on making it so you can customize the shortcuts to your liking.

We all hated this place when it took down Canvas Rider, but you need to relax. This place is not going to be what Canvas Rider was, and if you're advocating that it should be, you're already a member of BHR.

CR was the most successful platform for the game, bringing in the most people and harboring the most creativity, so yeah, it obviously had some good ideas, ones worth transferring if theses guys plan on doing the same.

 

Chillax. CR was taken down in 2012. Lets be thankful that your not stuck to the free rider 3 thing.

 

Canvas Rider did create a great community altogether. I've never played it, because I joined during this game. From what I've heard though, without CR there wouldn't be ghosts, etc.

But you need to understand as to why it was taken over. Char said metaphorically that Canvas Rider was 'driving a stolen car' and needed to be put back into it's place. Canvas Rider was a stolen code from Free Rider HD, correct me if i'm wrong.

But yeah, I do understand why you're angry. I understand you had fun there and that place was filled with a bunch of memories. It's hard to see it go, but you just need to understand how to move on.

Look on the bright side, though. The developers Char and Eric have been working on a much better editor with new features to enhance ability to make better tracks. Stay tuned, and thanks for taking a look at FRHD.

Just ask an Admin to be an official author so you wont have to get points/coins, the coins/point system is supposed to show how dedicated you are to the game, which you aren't obv.

Idk, some people can and some people cant.

This place didn't ruin CR, they disabled the editor so the whole community left. If anything CR ruined itself. I also believe Maxime didn't have permission to change the game so much so it was his fault basically.

That's not how it should be, that's how you're used to it. From what I'm hearing there's customizable shortcuts so yeah.

Remember in 2010 when that's basically all there was? That's how it is here right now. Also there's some pretty nice campaign tracks, I can agree that a lot of tracks aren't to our standards but this is a fairly new site with fairly new people so the campaign cant be amazing.

I believe Featured tracks will be a thing, and am hoping all of the other stuff will be here too.

I can kinda agree, most trending tracks aren't the greatest but if you look around a bit you'll see some good stuff.

3. nahh, i had literally just become a mod there, a MOD. I was all powerful and was pulling ahead of all the other trackmakers in terms of plays, like, features, etc.

5. 2010 still had good tracks, they were just hidden under miles of crap, same here. Why not hold a yearly contest or some **** to make great campaigns. I personally like the idea, just not the execution.

I'm saying this place needs some work still if it wants to attract the crowd CR once had.

Sorry guys, but the CR editor was better, IMO. I still use a it instead of the new one.
Even if Maxime didn't have the right to make CR, he improved it and it was a rude thing to get rid of it for FR3, because, let's face it, FR3 was crap.
I probably wouldn't really mind it if FR3 never happened. I guess I'll stay here.

My pc on this site can handle Vacant and Lust♂ and they're the two biggest tracks on the site. Jus' saying. My pc is very low end.
