There are many things wrong with this tool, so I'm just gonna stop it now.
#1 It's a pointless tool that would make lazy trackmakers (pchapero) even more lazy. Putting in actual work to manually shade in thousands of lines would be pointless. If you want to do this, learn how to code and make it manually. https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/459714-fantasy and https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/440626-paradiso by DblU were manually colored in. I'm assuming they took at least a little effort, whereas having this tool would reduce that by a lot.
#2 It isn't very memory efficient. Do you know how long it takes to upload a track that is more that 5 MB? To publish tracks of that size, you would need to leave your pc open for a while. My remix contest track, "the mitochondria" which was 5.3 MB took a little under 16 hours to publish. (That's not taking into account me doing homework and playing videogames in the background) I have hundreds of tracks I generated but are simply too big to publish in a reasonable amount of time.
#3 There's no point. Besides the two tracks up there ^ and my  track I made back in 2016, I really can't think of any instances where having this would be a good addition to a track.
You can't really make the argument that you will use it for detail because what it's gonna end up looking like is the m1.c3 generated offroads https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/370735-5321-81637381824121

thank you for coming to my ted talk

yeah, but there could be a hack to delete tracks, and you could accidentally delete your track, that u spent 3 hours on

I’m sure char could figure something out though. Probably would ask u first if u want to delete ur track. Lol

A fake power up that makes u blow up like a bomb. So it looks like a heli but it blows u up. Could be stars or other vehicles too...

Now that I think about it that’s a terrible idea.
