If it takes a couple dozen muslims to bring down the world trade center, kill thousands, and scar our country and the world for years to come, the majority is irrelevant. I don't care that 99% of them are just fine, but you can't act like we're addressing it the wrong way when most terrorism seems to spawn from the 1% you're referring to in that religion. That's a ton of people with bad intentions and I don't like it one bit.

Tbh the american gov is the biggest terror organization to this date.
Innocent muslims in the middle east are in a constant danger of having an american bomb dropped on their head, while you're more likely to be killed by your own cops on US soil.

Every american pays taxes to support your governments interests and warfare in the middle east. And while less than one percent of muslims may be considered terrorists, all americans may be considered terrorists.

No, religion is not the cause of war. Greedy interests of an elite few are and have always been the cause of war.

Lol I wouldn't consider myself a terrorist. Also, it's not necessarily the religion is the way they read the Qu'ran. Many Christians (like me) read the Bible contextually, however, the people in ISIS read the Qu'ran word for word and believe it is infallible. But, there are contradictions in it. One such contradiction pertains to those not of the Muslim relgion. One part of the Qu'ran says that the other religions should be allowed to practice in peace and that Allah will judge them on the final day and see if they are worthy of Paradise while another part says that the "infidels" should be killed. It's ISIS that chooses to read the latter statement literally.

I'm looking for the actual Qu'ran quotes rn

You think the muslim extremists consider themselves terrorists? Whatever quotes you find in the quran it doesnt change the fact that usa are in fact the true terrorists.
attempting to pull out extreme quotes from the quran, which there are also an extensive amount of in the bible, wont disprove anything ive said.

Isis aswell as al-quaida, taliban, etc are all products of american interests in their regions.

To think that americans are any better is an extremely blind and ignorant statement, as americans are far worse.

There was an image I saw a few months ago that showed every country of the world and the country they thought was the biggest threat to the middle east. Unsurprisingly, Canada, USA, and Israel all thought iran was the biggest threat, each korea saw each other as the biggest thread, etc. But most of the rest saw the US as the biggest threat to world peace.
Excluding the 5 aforementioned countries and the 20-30 more countries that I probably forgot (which could very well be an overestimate) that saw a neighboring country as the biggest threat to world peace instead of the US, that leaves between 161-171 countries thinking of the US as the biggest threat to world peace. That means that between 161 and 171 countries out of the 196 (including Taiwan) in existence in 2016 see the US as the biggest threat to world peace. I'll use 166 as my number because it's halfway between 161 and 171. If 166 countries think that the US is the biggest threat to world peace, that means that ~84.70 percent of the countries on earth think we're the biggest threat to world peace.

      In population:
Using the 2016 populations of the US (322.8 million), Canada (36.29 million), Israel (8.462 million), South Korea (50.40 million), North Korea (25.00 million), and the average country population for 2016 (37.42 million, calculated using the current world population of 7,334,771,614 and the current amount of countries there are in the world today 196), I found that 1,004,286,562 people think that someone other than the US as the biggest threat to world peace, a mere ~13.69% of the world population. This leaves ~86.31% of the world population thinking the US is the biggest threat to world peace, or 6,330,485,052 people.

      Recap:
      • 166 (~84.70%) of the world's countries think that the US is the biggest threat to world peace
      • 25 (~15.30%) think the opposite

      • 1,004,286,562 (~13.69%) of the world's people think that someone other than the US is the biggest threat to world peace
      • 6,330,485,052 (~86.31%) think the opposite

What Stig is saying here is absolutely correct. Our government is corrupt and needs to be fixed. Our culture is controlled by greed, money, and power. If anyone wants me to prove that, I will happily do so in another essay. I would do it here but I'm exhausted from writing this :p

If someone could find me that image, that would be awesome. I could very well be wrong on half of this, but that's ok because I feel accomplished writing something this long.

It shows every country, and their biggest threat in terms of other countries. ie. Australia's biggest threat is America.

That is so sad honestly, that Australia's main threat is from the US even though we are allies. Wtf.
Tbh im surprised Russia isnt a threat to most countries as well tho... I feel as tho that map thing is either majorly biased or has minor incorrections
      Edit; f*cking huge incorrections

Minor? Lol, Ukraine should certainly have the Russian flag on it as the Crimean Peninsula is a huge portion of their country they're on the verge of losing. Not surprised with any of the countries with the US flag pasted on them, as we do spend a ridiculously inappropriate amount on our military despite having so many allies and no real threats.

Also, half the blank countries in africa are scared of eachother. Minor tribal conflicts and land disputes. That's what happens when colonization forces thousands of tiny tribes to turn into one country; they fight amongst themselves for their heritage, and among their neighbors for peace.
