Why Zenblade Needs to be Banned

i think the point, which everyone defending zenblade has missed, is that he should be banned for being an ******* and for breaking the rules; not because he broke the law, which is a hyperbolic description of whats been done here. after getting banned for creating thousands of illegitimate 0.03 second ghosts, he comes back on a separate account and creates an autogenerator. autogens have precedence in the community as being cruddy ways to gain unwarranted attention. what zenblade's done here is plug someone else's work into his generator and benefitted from it in the form of gaining likes, subscribers, and attention. it doesn't matter that zenblade "gave credit" (which he never did- including the author's signature in the track does not constitute giving credit. zycerak had to find the original art piece online, zenblade never mentioned it at all). when publishing the track without mentioning someone else made the original art piece, zenblade implied that it was his artwork. that's why in the comments of the track you'll see people like this who don't know any better assuming that zenblade made the track entirely on his own:



none of these people commenting know any better. they assume zenblade made the track entirely by hand like everyone else would do without an autogenerator. zenblade's already won in getting these people's attention and their likes/subs. you'll also notice that in the comments of the track zenblade occasionally says things pertaining to how he's gained subscribers from the track. and if that weren't enough, his defense of his actions on this thread has been nothing short of sheer ignorance of what he's done wrong. it's clear he doesn't understand how scummy of a thing he's done here, and for that alone should be banned.
this is all without mentioning that he sold access to the generator to someone who i'm assuming didn't know any better. autogens have existed for a while and will continue to exist because of the way track codes are. rhmster , acmelabs , and m1.c3 all are notable people who have previously benefitted from the use of self-made autogens. that said, none of them tried to predatorily pawn off their autogens on kids who don't know any better. acmelabs and rhmster never released theirs publicly, and m1.c3 released his on a free service for all to have access to if they so desired. so not only is zenblade taking advantage of those who don't know any better to gain likes and subscribers, he's also using them to gain money in real life. most other sites ban under the counter real life purchases like this because that's borderline fraud. i'm not sure if there's a written clause in free rider rules prohibiting this because it's such a specific instance of predatory behavior that i doubt any administrator would have though of it, but that doesn't mean zenblade shouldn't be banned for this.
i've seen the work pie and other coders in the frhd community have done with the game (like calculus and polygon), and what they've been able to do is nothing short of incredible and unique. they've built tool assisted ghosting systems, are helping with site development, and have fixed different vehicles. zenblade is the only one by my recollection to use his abilities in such predatory, malicious ways. it's totally unacceptable for him to continue to be here and participate in this community.
if i had the ability to lock this thread i would. i won't reply to this anymore and i encourage others to do so as well because i feel the same points have been made numerous times over, and zenblade seems to maintain his ignorance of them. it's an idiotic time sink. i fully expect zenblade to be banned and then for him to return again on another account because he is a loser.
