Speedrunning Reach Free rider ("Prizes")

Hi everyone, I'm bad at introductions, so let's just get right to the point. Also Even if this is about free rider, im not sure if this is allowed so just close this i guess if it isnt. Anyway.

I'm starting a speedrunning contest for this game. The contest start today and end on the 21st of June.

Since this is a speedrunning contest, the goal is to be fast. You need to complete the campaign as fast as possible. In each campaign, you'll get 5 pts for being first, 4 for being second 3 for third 2 for forth, and the 5th place and less will all get 1 pts.
So right now, if I was to participate (which I'm not doing), the leaderboard would look like this: https://imgur.com/a/DSzwlHI . So right nowan exemple of the leaderboard would look like this: https://imgur.com/a/DSzwlHI . But everyone start at 0 since the competition start today

The prize will be sent on steam, so you need a steam account. (The $ stands for Canadian Dollar - I'm Canadian).
20$ for the guy with the most points
10$ for the second
5$ for the third.

20$ for the guy who will have the best time on the all level category.

Bonus: If at least ten person submit a run, i'll pick randomly one person with 8+ points to win a 50$ steam card code. (This is why 5 and less all get 1 pts)

Why am i doing this?
1. I want some competition involved.
2. I am not interested in any new games at the moment, so yeah.

Not neccesarly. Most of my first run had a lots of death in them. My all level run was 30 min slower then what it is right now.
You just need to practice a lots to get better

And to get 8 pts, all you need to do is finish 8 campaign. even if it take 30 minute for each one, you still get a pts for submitting it.
Though at the moment im not sure if this is gonna reach 10 runner

What if you made a good ghost before the competition? . You can't prove that you just made it recently

 

you cant make a ghost for an entire campaign. Like notverygood said, its rta, you need to complete the campaign in one go. here is my first run from one month ago to give you an example of what rta mean, my current run is way better but this one have fail in it so i though it was a better exemple

I see now. Great idea because spacebarrers would have a disadvantage. Might try when I have time

 

Pie42 You're the only one who submitted a time since the competition started so you are currently first. You might want to record in 480p though, it could help with the laginess.
I uploaded your score on https://www.speedrun.com/frhd to keep track of it.
Calculus Spacebarring would be slower since the timer is in real time. I'll just share another example, this time, my best run on the first chapter

 

Thanks for the advice! I've looked in my recording software(I just use Screencastify), and have figured out how to do this for future runs. I'll also probably practice more, since my run isn't that great right now. I also created an account, and my username is Pie42.
