That is a widely circulated falsehood. More historical evidence proves that in fact, the paganist rituals were taken from the Christian holiday, not the other way around. This wasn't some stupid power-grab on the part of Christians.

 

You realize that there are farming communities who have farm land that is on the border, so building a 60 billion dollar wall will disrupt peoples source of income. Also there are neighborhoods on the border that the wall would go through, separating communities from themselves. Its just overall a bad idea.

 

Where are you getting your information? Are you a trump supporter?

 

Are you a grown man who sits in his house on a forum for a web game for 3 hours?

 

Those will obviously be taken into consideration when deciding where the wall should go. It's not that hard to accommodate.

The article just talks about how the two religions viewed resurrection of gods, not Christmas being put on a pagan holiday.

There is still plenty of evidence that Christmas isn't pagan in nature, but I can see this discussion is unproductive.
