Campaign 1 - Track 4 Requirements

I made one because you said that we needed more in between 4-7. I thought that the 3/4 difficulty change was comparatively high (for a new player). It does not imediatly require one to press Z, but one will need to. It does not fit the time requirements, but I think it will "ramp up" difficulty a little bit smoother than the current 3/4 "bridge"
