Here you will find attached PDF of the July 2016 issue of the Free Rider Feed, the "unofficial" source of news and discussion in Free Rider HD for your viewing. You will also find polls for the issue's debate section. Players are welcome to write their own articles or join the team and are advised to ask me first alongside your chosen topic(s) and a piece of writing you have prepared via pm on the forums before writing as articles are not always guaranteed to be featured in issues and allows me to make a final decision. We will try to release issues with every month. If you are having trouble viewing the issue please let me know as it may be a problem with the file. Enjoy! Note: This issue is relatively small, and lacking in articles. The team have decided to cancel the August issue to work on a much juicier September issue as we want to improve the quality of this paper instead of focusing mainly on quantity.
You should try and find a different alternative than having to download the pdf. The reason why autos dont have their own "feature"- list, is mainly because it has never been a priority, but I don't think there should be any because you can only do so much with an auto. There is a limit to how creative and different you can get. With detailed tracks there is no such limit, except your own personal ability to draw/express yourself creatively. I think that what goes for autos, kinda goes for ghosting aswell (if we disregard the very fact that the best ghosts are manipulated, and give a somewhat skewed/fake perception of actual skill).
My theory for the random track article is that they only send you to tracks over a certain number of plays/likes or something. I feel like i don't see many tracks on random with like 5 votes, usually they have at least like 20. Maybe i'm wrong though.
I see where you're coming from with the whole auto thing. It makes a lot of sense. I don't really have an alternative way of making the articles available, we could definitely do with something like the Official News Team!
