let jefe say if he let elqte take his track or not, and then let char take it from and address needed punishments. ok?
e; also, if you compare the two tracks, all of jefe's track is in elqte's track. elqte added some scenery lines and stuff

Personally, I'd be good with stealing my track if you didn't actually make such a terrible job of it. I mean the ride was decent on my end, but you just went and screwed it up. I mean, the detail is on your part, but the ride up to the booster is copied. The ride just sucks from then on, which is how we (all) know that it's blatantly copied.
And to further prove, I did a code comparison. Yes, I can do that, I have the code retriever too (which I got when I lost a code of mine) and so I took a look. The first 2 lines are exactly the same.

Pretty self explanatory. I'd copy more similar lines of code, but they were most likely interrupted by other things. (I didn't draw the whole track before I did the detail, which is probably why )

Lol, your defense is pretty weak, by the looks of things. So, did you plagarise or are you still going to be in denial?

 

To me it looks like he copied your ride yes, maybe he tried to replicate it, or he used the code.
But, you're all still over-exaggerating like there's no tomorrow lol. There is nothing really special about the parts that Elqte "stole". Parts that in total takes Jefe 30secs to make, which are also parts that Elqte, or any other member, could do in the same amount of time.
Now, I do not know why Elqte would do this, nor deny it, which to me just appears as acts of random retardation. But, I very much doubt that a ban for this is an appropriate punishment. I barely think a warning is even worth it.
I think the amount of dislikes you all gave this track is sufficient.
