Monsters and surrealistic stuff for sure. Not having to try to make something look like how it looks in real life but using real life stuff and then doing creative stuff with it, like the mushroom and the monsters in a trip to the woods or pretty much everything in lucid dream

I can't draw that well, but drawing manmade stuff like pipes, machines, and mechs are fun

You could possible make it seem like it is blowing in the wind for the background and maybe for the curved lines you could make it look like a tree or even tree vines in some way.

people, famous things and icons, rocks and nature are obvious answers but i like to step out of the norm and mix it up with art and portraits, speaking of which, look for my WIP Track Best of 2015 Free rider hd style within the year, working on finishing the detail

I need help with clouds and cliffs. I just need to know how to come up with the overall shape. I have looked everywhere and tried a lot of things, but I can't find what I want. Basically no tutorial uses 2 types of lines to draw. If anyone could help me with this I would be so thankful. spruce has helped a bit with giving me pointers, but I can never come up with a unique overall shape. That is all I need, a shape. A way to come up with a shape that looks good.

This is really frustrated for me and a reason why I sorta left the game for a while. I would start a track and realize that it was going nowhere. I was making no progress and could not get past this huge step. It is frustrating when you tried hard, spending hours and hours on something, and then come to realize that you can't do anything original because you look to other authors and are always basing your tracks off of them. All I want to do is create beautiful and fun tracks that people will appreciate and have fun playing it.

If you can help me with clouds and cliffs at the moment, then please just post it here so others can see it. If you think you can help me with my originality problem, please pm me.

I remember there being a debate about what is original and what isn't. Honestly, being inspired by someone else's work and basing your work off of theirs shouldn't be a problem. It upsets me when people say "that looks too much like lolz's detail" or whatever, because it isn't easy to match that quality of track.
Just do what you think looks good, and don't worry about what other people say, or about whether or not your detail looks similar to another's. In my opinion, the best way to improve is to try and recreate what is good, master it, and then extend upon it to make it even better.
