On the right road to a featured track?

I'm not an artist by any means. But I really want to get 1 track on featured. I've got the ride almost done, the jumps are where I want them. I started detailing yesterday and dang I have more respect for what it takes to make a nice track. Here is what I spent hours and hours and hours on so far. Just wanna see if i'm doing something right.

This probably won't get featured because what FREEZ said, bt I think this will get the #1 spot in the trending list. I love the tree! Is the track a skatepark?

 

This is only what I did for starting detail. When track is done im going to give it to some good riders for a test before I detail it fully. I want it to be something like a monkiepark or a dropkick track but I'm not trying to copy them too heavily. This won't be done for a few months. (The amount of work to make that perfect small circle in this game is crazy)

 

Why don't you try some more varied detail? Adding black lines on a pile of dirt is a turn-off for me, but not for noobs, strangely.
And yeah, smooth tracks ain't gonna get you a feature. Try making a difficult trial or a good track with a mix of scenery detail.

Which were featured before the feature staff were a thing.
The feature staff like detail over the ride, mostly. You'd have to be extremely lucky to get a smooth feat.

 

Well I showed you a itty bitty section of the track. And this won't be done for a long time. I'm not counting on luck

Two words: More scenery. Smooth tracks are great, but they don't get easily featured, mostly because they lack original detailing most the time. What this track needs is a scenery background, and I am not talking about a "cityscape" background, do something that we haven't seen before, or at least aim for originality. What you have is great, but I can't see any grey lines, try to use them more!

In my opinion you're on a good way to a great track, that many people will like.
Pro-tip: try building up, not always to the side.
