How is elite author defined?

lol iTzChuckNorris is the ORIGINAL FRHD classic track maker. At least in MY book, HE is at the top of the list. Stop insulting him.

I'm so disappointed in all of you right now. Aren't we supposed to be a COMMUNITY?
Who cares if iTzChuckNorris prefers to make smoother tracks? He's good at it, and he is well known for it. When I first started playing this game (a long time ago), I thought his tracks were the coolest things ever; how you could ride on the same segment of track 6 times and end up in a different place. It may have taken absolutely no skill to ride, but that isn't what Free Rider is based around. People come here to play tracks that they enjoy.

Now, although we could probably all agree that Chuck isn't necessarily an "Elite Author", it does not mean that he isn't one of the most well known track makers in the history of the game. I guarantee that anyone who has played Free Rider has heard of the name "iTzChuckNorris". So for god sake can we just leave the guy alone? Just because you don't think he is talented, doesn't mean he isn't.
