i did, certainly not a model of maturity now ( ) but i was even less so then; i thought typing every comment like it was an essay and being ~serious~ about ~serious~ things made me ~mature~ when all it really did was make me look like the pretentious kid i was

don't try act mature above your years, embrace youth b/c its the only time acting like a kid is totally excusable (unless you get stupid rich then you can do whatever)
