Ok so i was wondering since freerider hasnt ben updated for like 7 years or something and is frankly DEADER than fortnites bot lobby's, and how iskeb made baisically a second freerider, could makeing a freeriderHD 2 be possible? I dont know if thats possible, but it would be cool to combine all the cool ideas people have and frapp into a freerider 2, ohh and also my other question was how to fix the tas script that i got to make it stop breaking...
i believe its in the works but also im not sure if it will get official or if it will change the state of this game in any way
Spoiler: yap there's a case in a game with a community as niche (but big) as FRHD back in the 2022 days. nowadays, that game is kinda declining despite getting new players (dev got lazy and is NOT updating) but FRHD isn't lol this game has a dev that's very greedy where they made a clone of the game which is known to most players it has very similar gameplay, but changed gamemodes and added items+bosses+mobs etc the clone has around 10k monthly visits, and the og game has around 50k monthly visits. most of the players knew about the clone the og game had around 100 items, 7 biomes and i think around 100 mobs the clone had ~200 items, 4 biomes and i think 150 mobs they did remove some items tho but it had a different engine and was lowkey much less optimized lol the clone was made in 2023 and the dev didn't really care much since he was already earning money from p2w he tried to sue the game for reusing textures and the overall concept in late 2025 and the clone dev quickly changed a lot of the textures and it never got sued ever lol, this dev has sued a lot of clones before this one (which all got its textures and some items changed after the sue) here's the thing: Free Rider HD is a much simpler game and doesn't have hundreds of items, mobs etc draw rider has been around for ages and KANO didn't sue them (the random guy made a very similar game but changed a lot of things) as well as adding new features but they copied the checkpoint system from frhd (???? not sure what else they would do with checkpoints) instead of suing, KANO simply said "oh this mobile game is copying us but dw we're releasing free rider on the play store!!!" this is on https://freeriderhd.com/draw-rider
