I always recommend the extended warranty. The whole indestructible nine lives thing is just marketing BS.

 

Well, what is done is done. I'll have to make do with this broken product.
She does catch critters for us, but not very well (she doesn't eat them, instead she plays with them till' they escape)
But she doesn't cuddle, the manufacturer forgot to add that feature. She get's uncomfortable when we sit next to her, annoyed when we come into physical contact with her and upset if we try to pick her up.
