https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/198730-stunt-land/r/the_risen_skyrider starting to get a little better at trickghosts. Maybe one day...
its really good but unfortunately slow mos ;((( the same thing happened to me where i trickghosted a track with slowmos and it got turned down as a feat if you want a chance at a trickghost in a slowmo track you need to have a really creative set that lasts maybe 3 or 4 times longer than this maybe
https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/657151-dirt/r/justagdfan i somehow skipped that annoying little spike thing at the end, i think this is my smoothest ghost yet crushing marca by almost 2 seconds
I don't think the track has enough going on to even be feat ghosted, It's basically just 4 smooth jumps and a bounce. Plus your second jump is pretty unoptimized
well i didnt really expect this to be feat-worthy in a broad sense but maybe it might stand a slim chance at a challenge at least
a suggestion for path-finder, but i always felt like this ghost was a little too difficult to pull off so perfectly https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/996877-innistrad/r/path-finder
i thought it was pretty sick too but it looks too good to be true but idk my guess is as good as yours
That ghost's pretty insane, wow. Maybe I'll try replicating it for a bit to see how difficult it really would be idk
Hmmm... There are a few times where it seems like they change their mind on what they're gonna do at the last second (usually right before landing), which could be a potential sign of TAS (such as checkpointing back ~15 frames to set yourself up better). An experienced player will typically pause the game with the direction they're landing in mind, and look ahead to prepare themselves for the landing much sooner than is done with the last-second changes of the ghost. It is possible, of course, that where they thought they were heading was a little incorrect, and so they corrected themselves later in the fall, since it can be a little difficult to predict at times. Overall I wouldn't say anything that is too much of a red flag to be definite TAS, but I think an (obvious alt) account that's only completed 41 tracks doing that makes it quite a bit more suspicious.
I'm really bad with BMX, so I would probably struggle with it more; But as far as how replicable it would be, nothing about it seems too tricky to replicate with regular spacebarring and while learning from some failed attempts. Nothing there requires consistent frame-perfect inputs or anything.
Cerasium how long does it take you to get a featured ghost like how much time do you usually spend on a track and do you have any tips for ghosting. I've been grinding some lately and it takes forever to get a good ghost like 1-2 hrs on a track to get top 5 if theres decent competition.
usually 1-2 hours for easy ones, never for extremely good ones, and the rest are somewhere in the middle. easy ones basically don't exist anymore and the moderate ones aren't common outside of my own feats for tips, you should keep practicing, do a variety of types of tracks, create rivalries with other players, and watch other people's ghosts
