Ok, but that's not even close to what I said. I said that while yes he did cheat and I agree that he should be banned for a while, it should not be permanent. If a murderer comes clean, his sentence is reduced, not excused. ShamatoZ came clean and nobody even noticed until he told you, therefore his sentence should be reduced to a temporary banishment.
