It always says that the first time you use it because I programmed it a wonky way. That message should only show up once. Is it showing up multiple times?

Sorry about that, that isn't supposed to happen. Do you have internal storage disabled on your browser?

My guess is there's some privacy setting that's blocking local storage, or you're using private tabs or something. Either way, I just submitted a fix, so this should stop happening in a couple days.

Also, unrelated, but Chrome has been acting up so I tested in Firefox. Does anyone else's game run in slow motion on Firefox? It was running at like 71% speed for me. Really weird.

 

never actually tried plating on Firefox but it doesn't surprise me.

 

It does, and the canvas looks fuzzy too. I asked pie about it a while back, and he said it has to do with what js engine each browser uses.

Also, relating to this wonderful mod; it fixes both the powerup and line issues with sector borders. Would you be able to have it fix all sector border issues? I get these horrible vertical gaps and sometimes horizontal ones (I've only had this issue with 1080p resolution)

Okay so you can fix the Firefox speed issue with literally one line of code. Just type this into the console and hit enter:

I remember the process being tough to publish an add-on for Firefox, but I might see about it again so I can fix that issue.
...Or if any Kano developers are reading this, this would be a really quick fix.

 

In a day or two, a new update should (2.1.4) should go live, which fixes constant slow-motion and horrible stuttering on recent versions of Microsoft Edge. (Because I know so many people use Edge)

 

Polygon when i click the x on my browser and reopen then go to frhd, everything in the mod resets, the nostalgia mode, the hacker mode, everything else back to default

For anyone who can't get Polygon's mod from the Chrome web store I uploaded the script as a text file on Google Drive for anyone to download.

You can use it with tampermonkey or the Free Rider Mod Manager.

I also uploaded it as a text file instead of a javascript file but it should work just the same.
