It could be a bit bigger, try using some references when your first starting off drawing new things.

Imagine how tall someone would be next to a tree.

well i was zoomed in while i was making it

 

I understand that, but if you want to make the tree more realistic then make more of the tree not zoomed in and then you can detail zoomed in
