boostbutt i know youre addicted to freerider but do 50 pushups everyday for a month, trust me. i did this and it helped me feel better about myself and i wanted to continue and now im on a calisthenics journey

Not to say it isn't bad to go fast, but yeah i think doing a set of 10+ is a lot harder going slow therefore putting more strain on your muscles and making you stronger. also make sure to go all the way up and keep your head up a bit. good form is key
