This is a track we are working on called Prison Escape,

the collab is not dead. 1456k. when im finished, there will be most likely 10-15 minutes extra ride time to explore the track (about 13-14 routes that intertwine with the track and go everywhere).

Anyways, no motivation be like:
one small piece added over 2 weeks, and it's only 40 seconds (flawless run). Surprisingly, it's only 30kb so that's ok.

 

The hardest thing for me to do during track making is trying to limit the possibilities of legitimate shortcuts. Not by placing stars in unnecessary spots but try limiting the angle of which a short cut can be performed. It will take a lot of trial and error to do so, but I'm hoping to have a good ride overall. Maybe the shortcuts makes the track better. I'm unsure about that.

In terms of detail, haven't chose a theme yet. I just create what came to mind. I don't think at all about detail much, so no detail on this one (like my other tracks) because I don't know what to do. In terms of size, till I run out of layout for it. Otherwise, it can be a large and short or a large and very long track. Who knows!

Sorry for the amount of posts here. Quite excited making this track. Though, I'm not sure if I want to add some pizzazz or smt. Somehow, this is only what? 1:30 (FLAWLESS RUN)? Want to make it long but not too long.
