Hit upload file bottom right, and if its too big just edit it in paint and resize it.

 

I resized the fvck out of it and it still says too large. Do you have a recommended dimension size?

 

if it's frhd-style B&W line art, converting the .jpg to a .png might help make the file smaller (source)
