There are directions in the link itself.
Basically, when you want to move your track, copy the code of your track and paste into the largest textbox, and put in the number of units you want to move your track. The number of units is measured by 1 tenth of a grid unit on the 10 setting, and it works much like a standard coordinate plane.
If you type in 200 units into the X textbox, you will move your track one large grid unit to the right, like this:
      upload_2021-3-17_13-46-59.png
To move the track 1 large grid unit to the left, you would type -200 into the X textbox, which would move it one large grid unit to the left.
Same rules apply for the Y textbox, so if you want to move your track 1 large grid unit up, type in 200 into the Y textbox, and for moving the track down you'd use -200 to move it 1 large grid unit down.
When you're satisfied with where your track is, you can copy the code and then import it into the "Draw A Track" tab.

    20. so it moves the the track or the player?
