Do you save your progress often? If your computer turns off randomly every now and then, make sure to save files every so often.
Try to make it a habit, otherwise you'll lose work repeatedly lol. For example, before I go to sleep I would always save a file for tracks that I was working on earlier, just in case I open the computer and the tabs reload or close.
