WELCOME THE FRHD CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP 2020
i will be hosting a chess championship for people who play chess on frhd. this idea has been around for quite a long time and now i will put it into action.

FORMAT:
it will be knockouts based on how many participants we have. each match will consist of 2 games 1 with white and 1 with black and the time control is 15 minutes with no increment. all games are played on Chess.com.
RULES:
1. you have to be accepted to join by me and octo
2. you have until November 19h to join.
3. if you do not have any chess experience please wait for another one to join. if this was successful i will surely host another one.
4. we will try to cover all the games via streaming them on discord. and provide commentary.
5. i will keep an eye on every game and if i suspect anyone of cheating you will be disqualified immediately. i wish to have a fair tournament.
6. we will start on November 21st. and game times will be decided after we know how many players we have. and yes i will take your timezones into consideration.
7. if you wish to participate just type "in" down below with your chess.com username.
8. the finalists will play the next day 4 matches.
9. if after your 2 games its a tie, both of you will play 2 games of 3-minute blitz.
10. all players must be present in the official discord server of frhd when it's your match.
11. if you are not present on time for your match you will be disqualified.
12. PLEASE READ ALL THE RULES IF YOU WANT TO JOIN. and this is just for fun so just try to enjoy the tournament.
NOTES:
its good if you joined the discord server if you haven't already and maybe practice with the other players. you have 13 days to practice.
its okay if you think you are weak ot not experienced enough, we just want to have some fun.
PRIZE:
even tho we're just playing for fun but the winner gets "FRHD Chess Champion" Role in Discord.
