Hey all! We're here with another update. We have many new features to announce:
NEW FEATURES:

https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/1045-mountain-level/r/chaos-fallen a very old track that's essentially a brush track with detail. i'm surprised we haven't had a featured ghost on this track before now, i remember when backtwice's ghost on this was considered a super super sick ghost. but no matter, there's a featured ghost on it now, and it's still improvable. would love to see more people try and beat this, it's super fun to play and the competition is insane

https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/736055-caves-trip/r/rippedmagnet a super cool helicopter ghost that uses hitting the helicopter's rails against the sides of the track to turn quicker, which i haven't really seen done before. granted i don't think it'd be that useful in situtations other than this one where the heli is going super fast and has room to move around afterwards, but it's still super cool and precise. we haven't seen much advanced tech with vehicles even though they've been out for years, so this is super cool. also congrats to rippedmagnet for their second vehicle feature!

STOLEN FEATURES:

frhd.co/t/575587/r/isekeb - Stolen from tetrationiscool by isekeb. congrats to isekeb for their first feature! carl's dinner is such a rough track so it's difficult to tell how much more this ghost can be optimized, but isekeb has taken it the furthest so far and that's super cool to see
frhd.co/t/200043/r/rippedmagnet - Stolen from Madara, this super sick ness track requires one to be a master with the heli. congrats to rippedmagnet on (what was) their first feature!
frhd.co/t/660509/r/chaos-fallen - Stolen from BrendanMagill. chaos-fallen specializes in longer tracks it looks like, no matter what they're made up of (rough brush traacks or legit tracks like this one). super well done to maintain consistency throughout

CHALLENGES:
ghosts on these tracks were either so close but not there just yet, or a new route was discovered that we want someone to try.
https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/93293-session there's a ton of bomb flips you could do to save a ton of time here. there's so many in fact that i don't think it's humanly possible. reach out to me for the route i came up w, otherwise try it out for yourself- it's super fun to try! the most bomb flips i've gotten in one run was 2, so if anyone can do better please let me know. i think the best time for this would be around 40 seconds or lower
https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/2581-imperial there's a cut that you can use to skip the entirety of the cave section at the end (and a few other, smaller cuts in between), but it's super super hard and too inconsistent to really do with any confidence. if anyone can get it, please let us know and we'll see if it's featurable. if you want to see what the cut looks like, watch my bad 3 minute+ ghost on mikmox
https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/305656-collab-with-legoboy2 this track is obviously super difficult, and resurrect's ghost is super good. however we don't think it's good enough, there's still a lot of room for minor optimizations. if someone can beat this one we'll look into featuring it

The last one was mentioned in this update, the other ones were taken last month. I think we mentioned it, but I could be wrong. But Resurrect and TuttiFruity posted it here for sure. If we didn't mentioned, I'm sorry. But here you go.

SMALL OBSERVATION:

A while ago Zycerak lost one featured ghost because the track was deleted. We forgot to announce this, but since it has happened again, now with Anonyymi, we are going to put an observation in the post about the stats.

So Zycerak lost this one back then: https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/627100-very-long-autogen/r/zycerak - This track by icattallthedark16 was deleted.

And now Anonyymi lost this: https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/217480-a-dark-day-to-descend/r/anonyymi - It seems that this track from mR..A was deleted.

If those tracks are brought back somehow we can bring those features back to the list. The point of the list is to showcase the best ghosts, so if a ghost doesn't exist anymore or if it's broken, there isn't a point on keeping it on the list.

It's a shame, both ghosts were great.

Also, we have a challenge for you guys:

Eryp send me his ghost on this track to see if it was a feature worthy auto cut. I thought it was good but ended up beating the ghost. However, I'm sure the beginning is improvable, so we wanted to put this as a challenge here to see if people can beat it, and maybe, if it's good enough, the person who does could get a feature. If no one beats we will think about what we are going to do. And if everyone does, then it was probably too easy.
