    while i'm not opposed to this that wouldn't solve our issue. right now the way we do things is that for a ghost to be featured it needs unanimous support from both mods. if there were 3 mods (which there has been in the past), then we would need unanimous support from 3 voices. so if 2 judges supported a ghost to be featured but the third one was yet to give an opinion, we'd still have to wait for the moderator to give their opinion. assuming they give a yes, we then announce it as a feature.
    so while bringing in a third voice is something we should do, it wouldn't solve our current issue

    I knew you where going to post that.. But please remove it. It could use some work. That looks like the average first place ghost. You aren't spending enough time on one good track but rather you are spending all your time on a variety of different tracks. Play a track you feel you can complete with ease beyond anyone else.

    increasing the staff would help if you altered how you featured ghosts. for example you could have 4 judges, where only 3 need to say yes. this could help if one person becomes inactive for a while

    i figurd id posta this here, its been awhile since the communninyity has seen a really fresh, fast g host.
    none of the anoneymony and tertastration lame business, here i make use of the lessser known "z-spam" technique to provide extra momenttumm to challenging hills on this xxxtremely difficult track
    i think its clear i wooda won the world cup against any of those nobbs like lumptruck or anonothonii. my teccknick is precise and calculated, with few deaths and significant impryisation and time saving shortcuts. i am the true OhGEE of Ferp Roder DH
