I made it like that on purpose to make it look like "ruins". But I see where you are coming from. Obscuirty is helping me with the detail.

 

I think with the detail work she is going to do (she is going to redo all of the nature and stuff) it will be feature worthy. Thx for all the tips!

lol, is my idea good? I am making the heads like that because its "minecraft ruins". I am going to use good detail to really sell it, I also added a giant enderdragon

 

Well bodies decompose over time, so I don’t think a head would be just laying around. Maybe like a broken wonder portal, broken houses, burning villages. Gotta be super creative. But I highly recommend making everything blocks. Rounded bushes and trees etc kill the vibe.
