so you're openly admitting to copying him. tbh just because he's okay with it doesn't really make it any better, you're still copying someone. I mean do what you want, but don't expect to gain anything from it
I would put it as more that he's just also using a cool style idea. He doesn't have to gain anything from it tho.
this thread has turned into alt's showing off mediocre tracks, people trying to guess the alts and people guessing the detail an alt has copied from. my head hurts could people do me a favour and show off more than a tree or a rock of a wip, and actually show a decent portion of it? if you want advice, use the detailing thread or something
Gonna attempt to make something big. Have a good chunk of inspiration again, hopefully I find the motivation
