Just saying, if you call that an attempt at Cataclysm's style you are obviously not remembering the style Cataclysm uses. Andrew Ditcharo is still making a unique style so just know that Cataclysm will most likely be the only one who can pull off that style. Andrew Ditcharo is using a very powerful technique used by...well, almost every famous artist. It is called learning. Basically, Andrew is just looking at what others do and trying to practice. It is how Cataclysm got good in the first place.

Well, i guess that it is ok, as he is still learning. 2 rules are always involved. 1. Never copy exactly. That would be suicidal. 2. Ask whoever you are getting inspiration/ideas from for permission
stop talking please, i never copied people nor did cataclysm no argument needed here, instead of copying peoples stuff try to reinvent the wheel in some way
it is not quite copying, but sometimes I guess you could be right. Sometimes copying helps, but your right. As long as copying is not used as a crutch for the rest of your life then yeah. I agree with you mostly because just looking at your art... I think you know what your doing!
