I find it so saddening and really annoying how tracks with amazing detail are still not getting the attention they deserve. Stupid non-detailed autos and noob tracks overflow the trending and hot sections. This needs to be changed
There's nothing you can do about it and whining on the forum (where a very tiny portion of the noobs actually visit) will not help the cause. Making a 5-second track telling them to pay attention to detail won't help either. They will like it because it's "sending the community an important message" or some sh*t, but in reality they will forget the track in 5 minutes time. I agree that the tracks that actually get detailed well deserve more attention than the shitty autos and other noob tracks but there will be no change, noobs will always be noobs liking noob tracks because they think they're better than they actually are. The reason they overflow the hot- and trending section is because they get the attention and the likes. Should whatever track gets there be judged on the track size? Because that would make heavily detailed tracks get to the top more than sh*t autos. But then all tracks that get some recognition would have just a huge scribble somewhere outside of the track to gain characters in the track code. It may be sad (to you) but just learn to deal with it, there's always going to be the occasional good track getting on top of trending that really deserves it. edit: this post prob wont make any sense, i just wrote it in one go. anyway, amazzingly detailed tracks will always get the attention they deserve. just as long as it isnt a 5-second-long track so theres actually something to play in it.
Yeah, it's annoying but there really isn't anything we can do about it. I hate it too but we just need to accept it. Editing this in here so I won't get a billion posts in here =) If he sh*t, easily beatable and like fishing tracks are what the majority (which is noobs as usual) like, that's what will trend.
True but usually the trends of like "5 BILLION COIN GIVEAWAY" or "MY MOM DIED OF TITTY CANCER" and whatever like-fishing track will die in a week or so. Track makers are just better off by posting their tracks after one of these dies because it takes some time for noobs to believe them again. charity bro tho
Good tracks do trend. The database is just not overflowing with good tracks lately, and when someone do upload something that may be considered remotely "good" in terms of detail, it's a complete copy of someone else's work.
The problem here is actually with decent tracks that arent phenomenal or anything, but they still have effort put into them. Sure these tracks get played by some people but its not the size of trending and hot tracks. *cough cough* me *cough* not promoting my tracks at all *cough*
I made I giveaway on this and no one paid attention so im glad the nothingness called detailed tracks are getting attention
