This thread has gone way out of hand. I gotta say before I do anything rash and offensive that I am on neither side!!!
Arguement One: For Pro_Rider_Legend ban
I don't quite think a ban is necessary, but I do think you/he should stop making copied/ auto gen tracks. Warnings should start to be handed out to ALL those who are copying tracks. People have, in most cases, gone to a lot of effort to make their tracks, and having them copied would be very annoying. I would hate it happening to me, as would most others. While sometimes it is not a purposeful copy, and your track just happened to look the same as somebody else, most of them aren't. I am arguing not against Pro_Rider_Legend only, but at all who copy tracks. I don't think that this includes a small copy. I don't think I would care if someone used an extremely small piece of my track, like a well or something.

Arguement Two: Against the ban
On the other hand, I think that a ban is a little over the top. Sure he has done some bad sh*t, but he does still make some original tracks. He is a popular author (which has been pointed out more than once) All in all, i think a warning should be given, but a ban should not.

This is why the game has so many copied tracks. No actions are taken and moderators are being way too soft.

Pro_Rider_Legend has been made aware of our/my stance on this concern, and has promised not to take credit for other people's tracks again.
