Random and not appearing to have a central idea or theme. I liked what you did with the track though.

I've wanted to do this since "black magic" by Stig and Maple. I think this style is perfect for this track.

I like your style, don't get me wrong.
But, you should try other types of tracks than just mountain/cave or nature tracks. (I'm working on this too)
Maple is a good detailer, but I like his/her tracks because they are never the same theme.

yeah, i know that i really should, but i just keep coming back to them, because they are what I am comfortable with... I think I mainly want to focus on becoming better at this detailing though, before moving to another type of track... I agree though

Personally I've always felt that moving onto a different kind of track, makes me better at understanding and making other types of tracks that I'm more comfortable with.
Just an experience I've made, that may benefit you.

Ive got to agree with Stig, you can only get better if you experiment and try doing a new theme every time you make a track. I got stuck in the cycle of doing forest after forest after forest and more than anything I got bored with them. Instead of going back to your cave and mountains each time JulianBlack make a track about something that you like, use your imagination and have fun with it
