If you can link actual scientific research that proves that the ice isnt melting Ill agree with what you're saying, if not then dont bother

 

We are talking about in the long run. Just because there's snow outside doesn't mean ice isn't melting. Just because there's more snow than last year doesn't mean the ice isn't melting. The ice is melting and the sea level is rising, when you look at it in the long run. Simply because one year may suggest something different (which that article does nothing to truly suggest) does not mean than the past 50 years have not shown an incredibly significant change in how our ice caps should be behaving.

How about you take a look at some evidence from another perspective, eh?

 

It's about time, I honestly don't give two dumps about growing or receding amounts of ice in the Antarctic, but some of this actually affects me; living in Northumberland, England, we are getting (what seems to me to be) increasing numbers of storms, and resulting flooding (which was formerly assigned only to the east of the UK). So, is this just a freak occurrence? I mean, if global warming doesn't exist, what's happening? Did we anger the gods? Tell me.

I lived on a barrier island 10 feet above sea level and I can tell you for certain that we've flooded more often in the past three years than the past 100 years of the island's recorded history.

 

for what ever reason Europe has been warm, however eastern USA and eastern Russia were very cold last year and eastern Russia again is very cold, this year dew to the el nino eastern USA has been warm, and so has the arctic

You study weather patterns and the best you could give was 'for whatever reason '?

 

and the multiple other floods that we had not at moon tides? even the hurricanes from the 1900s didn't flood the island, meanwhile we have the boardwalk swept away every time there's a storm (even if not at moon tide)

sorry i don't know why but the cold has been horse shoeing Europe for the last 3 years but been in US and Russia, the reason for that is the jet stream, but idk why the jet stream has been horse shoeing Europe,
