Hey everyone, I wanted to make this post saying I’m gonna be stepping away from FRHD for a while. Honestly, life has just been hitting me hard lately. I’ve been dealing with a lot financially, trying to stay on top of bills and responsibilities, while also balancing military work and everything that comes with it. Working 70+ hrs a week the workload and stress from that alone has been exhausting, and trying to juggle all of it while still staying active on Free Rider has started to feel impossible. A lot of people only see me online posting tracks, comments, or random stuff, but behind the screen there’s a whole real life going on that I’ve gotta focus on. FRHD has always been a fun escape for me and a place where I could be creative, relax, and talk with people, but lately I’ve realized I’ve been putting too much energy into online stuff while my real life needs more attention. I know I’ve posted dumb stuff before, shitposts, random tracks, arguments, whatever, but at the end of the day none of that really matters compared to real life. I don’t wanna spend my time stressing over online opinions or drama when I’ve got actual responsibilities waiting for me outside of a screen. I appreciate everyone who supported me, rode my tracks, gave feedback, or even just talked with me over the years (5+ years). Whether people liked my stuff or hated it, it was still cool being part of this community and having a place to express creativity. I’ve met a lot of talented people here and I respect the time and effort people put into this game. This isn’t me quitting forever or trying to make some dramatic goodbye post, I just genuinely need a break. I need time to focus on my future, my finances, my military career, and preparing for this next chapter in my life. Maybe one day when things calm down and I’m in a better spot mentally and financially, I’ll come back and start creating again. But for now, I gotta put real life first.
