      It's basically a skill that needs practice and patience to master.
      Am not really gonna explain the whole thing because it has been explained many times but yea that's why most good ghosters are really good.

      Spamming the spacebar to lower the frame rate, thus making it easier to speedrun and do trick ghosts. Decide for yourself whether it's cheating or not
