Been on a 2 year hiatus, what's changed?

whole buncha people got more features, new players came to community (like me) site refreshed it's graphics, glider comes in 2020, a few legends came back (like you), gun got a feature then was unfeatured, loadsa name changes (above comment)

Also timeline started, wanna contribute to it?

 

oh yeah, and tetrationiscool got 100K points, sparklemotion left, mR..A became a mod, mod's can feature tracks individually and can give OA, Calculus became a guide and then was not and Stig introduced VIP, with himself, Maple and lolz666 being the only ones so far

 

AND max added new smilies
AND stig changed the forum trophies

Yeah quite a few names called me out as being a legend, though I have no idea who they were, most probably due to name changes.
As for the timeline, I don't remember the exact dates, but I can give a relative timeline between events.

now you don't need to spend much time into your tracks just make a sh**y track and it's on trending!

 

You know, the truth hurts, but I'll say it here: I took a break from the game when new tracks on Trending and Hot were tracks that were:

• Abstract tracks titled "My First Track" and the likes, with an objective to make it complete.
• Tracks only Mr.A and Hypercube can complete (in other words the difficulty is too high for me). I don't know how you can vote a track as good when only a select few can complete it.

Then there were the vehicle changer powerups. I don't think it correctly represents the Free Rider experience, so I avoided tracks that had helicopter, hot air balloons powerup etc. in them.
But now that I'm back, it's only a matter of time before I take another break.
