no. just fking leave it. you don't get to fking decide what future your child has. you let them decide what they want for themselves when they're older and know right from wrong, and what they want to become. it's fked up to force a child into a lifestyle that he/she/it may not want in the future. hell, what choice does the kid have considering his dog is gone. i apologise if i offend someone, but anyone has to admit that doing that to a kid is the same thing as like beating them or drinking in front of them or being abusive.

edit: read the article. the whole situation pisses me off. do the courts realise what this means? in the future, all potential cases of kids being forced by their parents to suit the gender they want without really having a choice will be ruled in the favor of the gender change. the other twin of the kid has to live his life in fear that his mom's gonna fking castrate him. more importantly, the poor kid's gonna have serious health problems down the line. Even his mom knows it's just for her attention and her clout. she got a fking recommendation letter to “receive a full psychological assessment for gender dysphoria and potentially take hormone blockers” . i really can't believe this.
