To be qualified for the Auto Cuts Showcase: Any type of auto (normal, hold left, hold up, etc) Cuts a significant portion of the track Your cut must last for a while Requires extensive amount of luck and/or skill Hard to replicate If a track is not fully an auto, then the auto part of it must include the cut and the time it took to get through the non-auto part will be taken into account vary Repairing broken autos are allowed Any ghost that beats a Showcase ghost will be added (minor exceptions) Any ghost that gets beaten by another person will be switched out for that one (minor exceptions) [Bonus]Lack of checkpoints [Bonus]Begins cutting at the very beginning of the auto [Bonus]Rest of the leaderboard isn't close [Bonus]Long cut/requires lots of actions Note: If I am on the fence about a proposed cut, the community will decide. It's not that hard to do considering at least 9 people have replicated it. Also your time is slower than other people's in both
Okay guys added an important rule for clarification "Your cut must last for a while" No cuts where at one point in the auto you hit one button yet still shave a couple seconds off. It has to be a long cut and require skill and/or luck for it to make it into the showcase
Ok I'll try harder next time, is there an actually time frame for the autos like say the auto/wheelie be 15 seconds at least. For example it cant be a 10 second hold up and you cut it by 5 seconds? Edit:was my cut not accepted because other did the same?
Your cut is still under review, I've been talking to some noteworthy members of the racing community asking for feedback because I can't make a decision. It all depends on how awesome the cut is. If you cut half of the auto time and ur cut is skillful or lucky, how long the auto is doesn't really matter
