Awards 2025 FRHD Awards RESULTS

ladies and gentlemen, here are the final results from 2025's FRHD Awards! this year we had about 20 people vote across all categories, a great turnout all considered! REMINDER:

every year from 2024 and onwards, the track of the year will be called the "CityShep Track of the Year Award", named in honour of the life of CityShep, who is a 9x featured track creator, VIP, toty winner himself (2016) and mastermind behind one of the most critically-acclaimed tracks of all-time in Rotate III. vale thomas cypress mayberry.

please also note that, unlike last year, i will not be including all nominees for each category. this year saw a much more diverse group of people get votes, leading to winners getting much less votes than last year and more people get some props. this is awesome to see, but i dont have the time i did last year!

As a final reflection, very glad to see loge_0 Sltg28 Calculus Nitrogeneric malishya get recognition here! Each made consistent, herculean efforts and contributions to the community throughout the year. Particularly loge and sltg, really felt like loge szn was the only thing going on earlier this year and pcc2 was such a nice ending to the year

i couldnt add all the nominees, but also massive shoutout to Pie42 isekeb KidCharlemagne Sir__Human Flying_T_Rex FIREBEATS for their work and/or activity throughout the year too : ) has been a pretty down year but it hasnt stopped people from creating and contributing, which is great to see

I still can’t believe this. After five years of playing, I won Most Improved, and I’m sharing Member of the Year with Volund who I have idolized for years. It feels unreal in the best way possible. I’m honestly crying because 2025 was such a difficult year for me. There were so many ups and downs, not just in the game but in my life, and there were moments when I felt unseen, unsure, and unsure if anything I did truly mattered.
But this… this moment is like a light breaking through after a long stretch of heavy clouds. It reminds me that growth doesn’t always make noise. Improvement happens quietly, day by day, even when we don’t notice it. Sometimes it takes years of showing up, learning, stumbling, and trying again before everything starts to come together.
Winning Most Improved means that the work I put in was real. It counted. And sharing Member of the Year with Volund — someone I truly admire — makes it even more special. It shows me that I wasn’t alone, that I was part of something bigger, and that what I brought to this community actually mattered.
If I can go from feeling like a nobody to standing here with two awards… then maybe there’s more hope for my life than I’ve been allowing myself to believe. Maybe the struggles of the past year don’t erase who I am — maybe they’re part of what made this moment shine brighter.
And now, stepping into 2026, I want to carry this feeling with me: the reminder that I am growing, that setbacks don’t define me, and that recognition often arrives right when we’re about to give up on ourselves. This new year feels like a clean page — not because everything resets, but because I get to bring forward everything I’ve learned and leave behind everything that tried to break me.
So here’s to 2026: a year of continuing, of believing, of surprising ourselves in the best ways. A year where we keep going, even when it’s hard, because moments like this prove that the effort matters.
I’m stepping into this new year with hope — and I hope you are too.

Every year in FRHD is different, but despite the few quiet patches throughout 2025, the community 12 years on still turns out and produces. Not until we reflect on the past year during 2026 that we will realise how influential and significant 2025 was for FRHD. Amazing tracks, huge achievements, revelations, innovations and everything else in-between. This community will never fall and I hope 2026 is another great year for this incredibly unique game and the people who make it up.

Much thanks to Volund for hosting the awards and to everyone who voted, it demonstrates the community’s dedication and how the awards are the perfect way to look back on FRHD in the year that was 2025.
