    It looks like the DB has been reverted to an old backup.
    The back up is from about June-July 2011.
    Lots of great tracks and ghosts have been deleted.

    We did not do anything. This is one of the major reasons why we are developing Free Rider, it is a community that deserves:
    - communication from developer
    - resources to ensure game stability / regular backups (not a part time project)

    Not sure if there is anything we can do, the developer may be trying to retrieve his backup or may have lost it.

    My one suggestion would be, if you have great tracks, don't want them to be lost and want them to be played by the biggest Free Rider community upload them to Free Rider HD.

    Why would they revert CR to a backup? If they wanted the site down, they'd shut it down completely.

    Most likely the server got wiped and he restored a backup. We are not sure what happened.
