Okay... here's my essay (sent to Char)

Contention: Elqte needs to be banned.

Okay, so you see the forum 'go down the tubes;' all because of 1 person, Elqte. It's not appropriate what he's doing and it's not a good look. For not only the database, but also the forum. It's not fair that people have their tracks stolen nor is it fair that people have to put up with his antics.

Firstly, if he continues, it will start to give the forum a shocking reputation. When new guests check out the forum... they don't want to be seeing this. It will just drive them away from here because they have immediate negative thoughts of this place. It honestly isn't good for the community, Elqte needs to be banned.

Secondly, he is obviously (as we know) copying other people's tracks. But even after being told and humiliated for doing so... he still keeps doing it. It's taking someones track that they worked (most likely) hard on and using it as theirs to get popular. That's what he thinks... although he isn't getting "popular"... well he is, for the wrong reasons tho. Copying other people's tracks and continuing to do so really needs to be addressed and he really needs to be banned because of this.

Furthermore, as you said... This place is supposed to be "nice and friendly", and he isn't exactly being nice or friendly. Yeah... we all have our times when we're mean but he's taking situations out of proportion. He can't deal with criticism well either and that's another reason why arguments are starting all over the forum. People can't be bothered with his baloney. Elqte isn't nice enough to contribute to this forum and he needs to be punished (banned) for it.

Concluding, people don't want to see this forum be overrun by members who are ludicrous and mean. This needs to change. Now, if possible. Most people on this forum are nice, but do you really think that the 5% of people that are mean don't make negative impact? Well they definitely do.
