Kind of hard, but you could try doing soething that you know really boosts your confidence. Now I don't really have any specific suggestions, as it's very individual. A lot of people turn to alcohol and other substances, but IMO that's a sad solution.
If you also have a lot of things to look forward to, that might also affect your self-esteem (like christmas!)
However, in most cases, people face the same fear and insecurity as yourself, in sexes. Some people try, and some people dont. One thing is for sure though, the people who didn't try didn't get any.

 

Keep in mind that you just got relattionship advice from the guy who asked an omline forum how to break up in the most humiliating way

Today:

Kid was giving me a hard time for no reason, then started arguing that asexuality is fake and that I have issues (I'm fairly open about my sexuality). Called him an ******* and told him to expand his horizons, and he swung at me and hit me in the jaw (not mega hard but it's a bit sore). Swung back in defense, clipped him in the nose and some blood trickled out. Got the hell outta there because we've had issues in the past and no doubt he's gonna try and get his friends on me.

Thankfully it happened in the parking lot just after school hours, so it's none of the school's business and I'm not suspended, but holy crap I'm def getting a beating tomorrow lmao

 

im a straight guy, i saw a bunch of people running off into relationships with douchebags and i saw that girls dont want that, so basically ive been against all that, i hate that guys today think its ok to hit n run so to speak, ive only had one girlfriend, and been with her for a year and a half, still going strong

Yes, much respect indeed. I think it's kinda sad that i've been percieved as a disrespectful sex monster because my peers are. It couldn't be more incorrect, and it's yet another example of bad stereotypes being misrepresentative.
