      Back on topic...
      I have the same problems with the red dot. I've noticed it is mostly just a little too high, and sometimes my line will be placed below where I clicked - just ever so slightly. It becomes a pain in the butt when you are zoomed in all the way and are trying to make small details on a track.
      I'm on Windows 7 and have Google Chrome, if you guys need to know. :)
